Letter of Greeting
Mayor Barrow offers greeting letters for charity fundraising events, arts & cultural events, conferences, conventions, tradeshows and professional celebrations.
If you would like to request a Letter of Greeting from the Mayor, please fill out and submit the online form at the link below. Requests for a Letter of Greeting from the Mayor must be submitted a minimum of four weeks prior to the event/printing deadline for the program.
Letters of greeting cannot be issued for events or organizations that have no direct relationship to the Town of Richmond Hill, anything that contravenes Town policies or by-laws, or matters of political controversy, ideological or religious beliefs, or individual conviction. Letters are issued at the discretion of the Town of Richmond Hill.
Milestone Certificate
Mayor Barrow offers greeting letters for charity fundraising events, arts & cultural events, conferences, conventions, tradeshows and professional celebrations.
If you would like to request a Milestone Certificate from the Mayor, please fill out and submit the online form at the link below. Requests for a Milestone Certificate from the Mayor must be submitted a minimum of four weeks prior to the event.
Certificates are issued at the discretion of the Town of Richmond Hill.
